A family firm, one install at a time
Rafael Ibarra started the company in 2001 with one truck and a ladder. He learned the work on attic installs through Fort Worth summers, and his wife Norma ran the office from the family kitchen. Their son César now runs the install crews, and their daughter Beatriz does most of the home visits and writes the quotes. Today the company is thirty people: install crews, service technicians and an office that answers in English and Spanish. It is a Latino-owned family firm, and it is still run by the family.
