Before the visit
Who comes to the house?
A comfort advisor. They measure, look at the attic and the ducts and run the load calculation. The install crew comes later.
Do I need to be home?
Yes for the visit, so you can say what bothers you about the system. Install day is planned with you.
Can the visit be in Spanish?
Yes. Say so on the phone and we'll send an advisor who speaks Spanish.
